Ginza food scene

Ginza has one of the highest concentrations of fine dining in the world, but you don't need a reservation to eat well. The depachika food halls beneath the big department stores are a feast on their own — sushi, wagashi, bento and pastries.

For a quick, memorable bite, look for the tucked-away sushi and tempura counters on the side streets, or head to Tsukiji's Outer Market in the morning for the freshest seafood.
